Quarantine is a classic public health intervention to curb the spread of infectious diseases. Although it is an effective measure,it has always been controversial because it raises political, ethical, and socioeconomic issues and requires a careful balance between public interest and individual rights.
This project aims to define to the public the rules and clearly explain why such guidelines have been set. None could be more qualified to speak on the topic other than the PNP Chief himself, General Archie Gamboa.
The webinar was very informative and the participants were very active and have asked their well-meaning questions. At the end of the talk, a lot items/issues were well explained.
