BAHAY SAN RAFAEL in Amadeo, Cavite is a home for special children. The institution cares for children with mental and physical disability and abandoned by parents and relatives.
Transforming President Belinda Barroga and Asst Governor / Past President Evs Laranga and handed over the club’s donation – rice , food items and essential toiletries, plus a hand sanitizer dispenser. They also handed over items that would protect the kids from COVID such as face masks and thermal scanner which was donated by IPDG Everett Olivan.
