The Rotary Club of Santa Rosa Centro together with the Rotary Clubs of San Pedro, Santa Rosa South and the Cabuyao Dental Club held a Tree Planting Activity last Sunday , July 15, 2018 at Brgy. Matikiw, Pakil, Laguna. The activity is part of Inspiring Governor Jose Boy Garcia in giving back to the community and to the environment . The club truly appreciates the presence of Mayor Vince Soriano for actively participating in the event.
The Tree Planting Activity aims to raise awareness to the society in the importance of planting and saving trees, express our concern to the environment, and diminish the unfavorable effects of climate change. It also helps us build a strong relationship and camaraderie with each other by helping hand in hand in preserving the ecology.
