Story Telling at Santa Rosa City Public Library Kickoff Project

“ Once upon a Time” – a Story Telling Activity with the kids from Balibago and Caingin Elementary Schools held at the Santa Rosa City Public Library. Vice Mayor Arnold Arcillas graced the event.
