The Rotary Club of Santa Rosa Centro visited the Norwegian Training Center (Philippines) in Pasay City to do a deep dive review and get updates regarding the NSA Cadet Scholarship Program. A flagship and legacy project of the club that produced 4 successful graduates since 2014. This technical meeting was proven to be insightful to the newer members of the club.
This scholarship program offers free college education for Maritime studies aspirants and RC Sta. Rosa Centro is so proud to be leading the partnership with NTC and looks forward to diversifying reach and forming more partnerships within the District 3820.
