To urge residents to produce their own food , the club launched the project ” KPAP – Katutubong Gulay: Paramihin, Anihin, Pagkain natin ito” , a backyard gardening contest for Barangay Langkiwa. The main objective of the program is the establishment of urban gardens or backyard farms in the barangay to promote organic food production among the marginalized sector of the population in order to achieve a degree of food security.

October 9, 2020
- 2nd Virtual meeting with Barangay Langkiwa with Centro Monitoring Team
- Identification of selected 50 families from Southville 5A who will participate in K-PAP
- Orientation of responsibilites and roles of monitoring team
October 13, 2020 - 40 participants / families were identified by the Centro Monitoring Team
October 15, 2020 - Pickup of seeds/seedlings at BPI
- Signing of Memoramdum of Agreement
- Distribution of seeds for K-PAP at the Livelihood Center
October 20, 2020 - BPI-LBNCRDPSC approved the requested seeds and seedlings of DLSU /Centro for KPAP – for 2nd distribution
