Centronians and other invited participants assembled at 4:00AM as the call time for Area 1 Kick-off Activity, Tree Planting in Brgy Galalan, Siniloan, Laguna is at 5:30AM . It is participated in by different Rotary Clubs in Area 1 headed by their respective Champion Presidents. In the case of Sta Rosa Centro, partner company Jeannie’s Touch Multi-purpose Cooperative also joined the activity.
The group encountered a little difficulty during the trip going to the tree planting site as their vehicle stalled but all’s well as rotarians from other clubs helped and hitched in order to get the group to the site. The group planted a total of 40 trees.
