RFE is an international exchange program for Rotary members and friends that allow participants to take turns hosting one another in their homes and clubs. PP Mary ann Gonzales of RCSRC, the immediate past RFE chairperson, and Rtn Shiela Santillan will be part of the delegation to USA for 10 days this March 2018. In exchange, they hosted the delegation from Modesto, California, USA.
