CADSTAR (Community Anti-Drug Coalition of Santa Rosa) is a new organization formed to primarily address the concerns of the citizens of Santa Rosa related to drug prevention. Its mission is to develop and strengthen its capacity to create a community that is safe, healthy and drug free. RCSRC joined this conference to become aware of CADSTAR and for possible partnership in supporting its mission.
