Half day program hosted by Santa Rosa Deped to celebrate International Literacy Day. There were speakers, performers, story-telling and crafts for the 54 3rd grade students. All 13 public elementary schools sent teachers and students to participate in the program. Congresswoman Arcillas read several stories to the children. Crafts were provided and taught by Rotary Club of Santa Rosa Centro.
