Rotary Club of Sta. Rosa Centro signed a MOU with Norwegian Shipowners Association (NSA) Philippines thru the assistance of our sister club, RC Parañaque-Metro Districr 3830. It is a continuous project of RC Sta. Rosa Centro since NSA needs 340 seafarers for the year 2015. The club will do the selections and endorsement of qualified scholars. The club will provide initial expenses of the scholars like transportation going to series of exams and 2-set of uniforms. Current Scholars : Ezra Pedregoso and Fiara Ramos .
