Rtn. Evs Laranga attended a seminar at SM City on Hyacinth Weaving from May 20, 2013 to May 24, 2014. In June and July of 2013, she taught her students what she learned from the training. Parents of school-on-wheels will also be taught how to do hyacinth weaving as a livelihood option. Unfortunately, late last year, hyacinth became scarce due to the rains.
