As a participation to the district event Rotary Educare, the Rotary Club of Santa Rosa Centro hand-picked the high school participants from the Holy Rosary College to compete with the Oration and Quiz Bee.
The overall champion and second prize winner from the Quiz Bee Category was from the delegates of RC Sta. Rosa and Sta. Rosa Centro, all coming from the same school, the Holy Rosary College. This served as a good exposure both for the school and the Clubs in our community.
