The Rotary Club of Sta. Rosa Centro headed by BcPres Arlene Arcillas, in cooperation with Sta. Rosa Police Department launched D.A.R.E, Drug Abuse Resistance Education. The objective of the project is to teach students (and students’ parents) with skills on how to avoid drugs, the consequences of smoking, doing drugs and drinking alcohol, information on peer pressure, bullying and good citizenship.

PO3 Myrill M Opida, FJGAD PNCO together with PINSP JOSIE P PAGE (RET) DARE Officer conducted lecture on Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) held at Central 2 Elementary School. More or less 400 students from Grade 5 attended the said lecture. Centro Lady PE Pen Cuya assisted during the lecture.
