This project is in partnership with ET Marine, a company specializing in the training of Electro Officers for shipboard service. A maximum of ten trainees will undergo Basic Electricity Training over six consecutive Sundays. Upon completion, each trainee will receive a Certificate of Competency (NC2), qualifying them to perform electrical installations in homes and establishments. This program empowers participants with practical skills, enabling them to become productive members of society.

Basic Electrical Course Graduation Day
The Basic Electrical Course Graduation was successfully held on December 21, 2025, at ET Marine Inc., marking the completion of a six-Sunday training program designed to equip community members with essential technical skills.
A total of eight participants, including three women from Barangay Caingin, Santa Rosa city proudly graduated from the program. Each trainee received an NC!! Certificate of Competency, signifying their readiness to apply foundational electrical skills in real-world settings.
