Free Clinic for Kids With Special Needs

On October 12, a meaningful screening and therapy session for children with special needs was successfully held at Caingin Elementary School. This initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Rotary Club of Sta. Rosa Centro, Rotaract Club of Sta. Rosa Centro, Interact Club of Santa Rosa Science and Technology High School, Interact Club of The Canossa School Inc. Rotary Club of Makati North, RCC of Rotary Club of Makati North and the Rotaract Club of Brgy. Sta. Cruz, in partnership with Santa Rosa City Health Office I.
A total of 70 children from the city of Santa Rosa participated in the session, which was carefully coordinated by the Rotaract Club of Brgy. Sta. Cruz with Santa Rosa City Health Office I. The Rotary Club of Santa Rosa Centro generously provided food for both the therapists and the participants, ensuring a comfortable and nourishing environment throughout the day.
Rotaractors and Interactors from our club played an active role in assisting with the event, offering logistical support and warm engagement with the children and their families. Their presence contributed to the smooth flow of activities and the overall success of the program.
This project exemplified the power of collaboration and compassion, bringing together multiple clubs and organizations to serve a vital sector of our community. It was a day of healing, joy, and shared purpose.
