My Fair Centro is an annual Christmas bazaar intended to raise funds for future Centro projects. Centro highlights the authentic cuisine of Santa Rosa by dedicating a booth for Baraka products of the city like mache, atole, Bok’s ice cream, longanisa ni Aling Esa, okoy ni Aling Nene and many more. The club also puts up a White Elephant booth, selling various pre-loved items of the members.
